🌸 Returns & Refund Policy (Including International Orders)

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please review our policy below:

 


  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to appear once processed.
  • Exclusions: Due to the delicate nature of dried florals, minor breakage of pods does not qualify for a refund (see product fragility note below).

We’re happy to ship internationally. Please note the following:

 


  • Shipping Costs: International shipping fees are non-refundable. These charges are pass-through costs paid directly to the carrier.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, or if a parcel goes unclaimed, it will be returned to us. Customers remain responsible for all associated shipping costs.
  • Return Timelines: Returns from international destinations may take 30–90 days to reach our facility, depending on the carrier and customs processing.


⚠️ Product Fragility Notice

Our poppy heads are naturally dried and fragile. While we package each order with care, some pods may naturally crack, chip, or break during transit.


  • Minor Breakage: Small amounts of breakage are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
  • Customer Acknowledgement: By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this risk as part of the nature of dried botanical products.
